Booking Policy
Our policies, stated plainly.
The minimums, payment terms, and cancellation guidelines that keep every AFJ journey seamless — for you and for every guest we serve.
The 4-Hour Minimum
Every reservation carries a 4-hour minimum. Your hours are entirely flexible — continuous travel, multiple stops, or a chauffeur on standby throughout the evening. The minimum simply guarantees each journey receives our full standard of preparation.
Payment Terms
Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking with payment in full, calculated from your selected hours at the signature hourly rate. Extended time beyond your reservation is billed in 30-minute increments. Gratuities remain at your discretion.
Cancellation Guidelines
More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund or credit toward a future journey. Within 24–48 hours: 50% of the reservation is retained. Within 24 hours of pickup, or a failure to appear: non-refundable. If we must ever cancel on our side, you are refunded in full, immediately.
